HIDENWOOD
RECREATION ASSOCIATION
requires
children 9-17 attending the pool without an adult
to have an Emergency Contact Form
on file at the pool
before they can attend without an adult.
The same form is required for
guests (ages 9-17)
who are being
sponsored by a member (age 9-17) and
attending the pool without an adult.
Lifeguards
have the right to refuse entrance
to any child attending without an adult
until the Emergency Contact Form is on file at the front desk.
