PARTY RULES
1)
OPERATIONAL HOUR PARTIES:
Summer FAMILY Members can reserve the facility for birthday
parties or other social events. The reservation fee is $25.00 plus $3.00
for each non-member guest, not to exceed $50 (not including the reservation fee). Reserve your party date at the front desk.
There will be NO alcoholic parties at the pool unless it is an HRA
sponsored event.
Stockholder Pool Members do not have to pay the $25 reservation fee,
non-member guests are $3.00 each, not to exceed $50. Reserve your party date at the front desk.

2)
AFTER-HOURS PARTIES *
The
facility may be reserved for after-hour parties or other social
events. After-hours parties can be scheduled for 8-11 p.m. Lifeguards must be utilized and area arranged through
Douglas Aquatics. Parties must be scheduled 2 weeks in advance to ensure
proper scheduling. There will be NO alcoholic parties at the pool unless
it is an HRA sponsored event.
This fee covers 2 Lifeguards -- required for less than 40 guests.
This fee covers 3 Lifeguards -- required for over 40 guests.
This fee covers 4 Lifeguards -- required for 40-80 guests.
This fee covers 2 Lifeguards -- required for less than 40 guests.
This fee covers 3 Lifeguards -- required for 40-80 guests.
This fee covers 4 Lifeguards -- required for over 80 guests.
MAXIMUM CAPACITY IS 120 Guests
